My Design Process
Having a process can be essential when addressing a new issue or product. It helps you gain a thorough understanding of the environment surrounding the product or concept.
My design philosophy is outlined here.
1. Research
I delve deep into the user's world to understand their thoughts, emotions, and interactions.
2. Analysis
I gather all my research and go through it multiple times to uncover any useful insights, such as user pain points, reasons for dropping out of the app, and aspects they enjoyed.
3. Design
I use my insights to guide my brainstorming and problem-solving. I constantly ideate and explore new ideas during this phase.
4. Validate
My ideas are not set in stone. It is up to me to go out there and test to see if my solutions have actually improved or delighted the user.
